Mr. Ahmad Shah and Mr. Jakaria Marican are a group of experienced professionals that effectively disrupted the field of hospitality and food and beverage management to create tangible ROIs and derive organic growth for their respected employers during their tenure with them.

 

Our combined years of experience would be approximately 100 years of service exposure in the above fields.

Mr. Shah, is one of the senior advisors on board, a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer who held executive roles in Food and Beverage, General Manager, Group Managing Director in Uzbekistan, Krygzstan, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Australia, Sharjah, Jordan, Beirut, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Bali with IHG, Le Meridien ,Hyatt ,Marco Polo in hospitality management .

 

Mr. Shah is a dedicated and committed hospitality executive who has the ability to operate and manage hotels, diagnose properties, conduct management operation reviews on properties chosen by Owners.

 

With almost 37years in the industry, Mr. Shah is seasoned hotelier, fluent in various languages and worked under finest hoteliers such as M/M Dario Regozzoni, Manfred Timmel, Andreas Hofer, Helmut Gaisberger.

By his side, his close colleague Mr. Marican has approximately 47 year’s experience in the hospitality industry in the field of Housekeeping Operations, Stewarding Operations, Food & Beverage Operations, and held various consultancy roles to 13 hotels surrounding Madinah. He had set up new hotel properties, created the vision and mission statements for Hotel Owners are ensured its implementation to achieve revenue fruition.

 

We are confident with our experience and exposure, as business partners, we would be able to provide a ROAD MAP to assist in achieving the ultimate goals of our potential partners.

Mr. A. M. Sufyan is a lecturer, consultant and trainer specialising in management, marketing, hospitality and tourism. He is an expert on event management with 25 years of international experience and spent 18 years focusing on the Uzbekistan market. He has been a lecturer of management, marketing and hospitality facilities in MDIS of Singapore in Tashkent for the past 12 years.

We partner with business owners and Investors in respect to the conditions agreed and signed in the management contract. The Hotel Management arm is of course, being remunerated for its services and receive a management fees (percentage of turnover and incentive percentage of profit to be decided during negotiations).

 

We would provide Executive Summary on the hotels and ‘Ready-to-eat’ projects upon agreement of the conditions between us.
